Fredsgaard Classic is founded and run by car enthusiast Lars Fredsgaard, who has specialized in classic cars and youngtimers from the 80’s and 90’s. The company operates from the town of Struer on the Danish West Coast, beautifully situated between fjord, plantations and farmland. The international airport of Billund is just a one-hour drive away from Struer and I am happy to pick up interested clients in the arrival hall. Terms of sale
I go to great lengths to document each car in video and photos, but I always encourage buyers to visually inspect and test drive cars prior to a purchase. For cars imported from USA and Japan, EU taxes (VAT and duties) are cleared during customs wherefore cars can be registered VAT-free in any EU country. The official EU custom papers always come with the car. Note that country specific requirements (e.g. regarding turn signals and reflexes) may apply and that these should be addressed prior to registration in the country of destination. I encourage buyers to investigate the domestic rules prior to purchase. Cars are sold to businesses (VAT number provided) with no warranties applying. |
